Starting my career in 2007 leaving Hope College and going to Douglas J of Aveda was not only one of the hardest, but best decisions of my life. Always surrounding myself with everything in fashion, I was destined to be a stylist. Constantly continuing advance education in color, cutting, and styling with Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, Redken, Paul Mitchell, Tigi/Bedhead, Brocato, and even having the chance to work in NYC at The Sam Brocato Salon has allowed me to stay on top of the
hottest trends.
In the last six years I have been allowed to share my passion and knowledge with men and women alike. Whether it be behind the chair, educating other stylists, or through my blog my goal is to understand people’s needs and through that create unique and easy to maintain styles customized to make you feel beautiful.
When I’m not doing hair, I am busy running around being homemaker, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Keeping myself busy by baking, running, reading, shopping, playing with my dog Bailey, and of course daydreaming hair.
